Camp 2026 Details

This year, camp will be running as a coop retreat, from July 10th to 14th, 2026.

​

We know that everyone's economic situation is different, and we are committed to making sure that anyone who wants to come to camp is able. Conscious Minds Co-op is a volunteer-run organization (no permanent staff), and we strive to balance access to camp with paying the folks who make camp possible. We welcome any donations to offset this cost!

The cost of camp is approximately $15,000, including food costs, venue, and supplies. Due to these costs, we have restructured our camper fees as listed below:

$100 a day per camper or $400 for the full session (July 10th - July 14th)

To reduce your fees, please contact us for a work exchange discount. This would entail helping with camp set up (would require arriving July 9th), cooking meals, or driving campers to reduce your camper fees. Please contact us if you would like to set up a work exchange arrangement.

To secure your spot, we are requesting a $50 deposit.

**Assistance with transportation to and from camp is limited, but we strive to ensure everyone can make it to camp! Please indicate when registering if you will need assistance with your travels and we will get in touch to organize your transportation! Camp is located about 20 minutes from the Coburg train station, so you may be asked to commute there to be picked up. If you have a vehicle and can transport campers who also live in your area, please indicate that in your registration form as well.
